I wanted to try the Playwright MCP, but giving the agent access to the
whole web would be pretty irresponsible. I still want to try to configure
it permissively, but have to be much more careful here.

Any tools that are local only are allowed. Any file uploads and form
submissions are auto refused, even locally. Regarding navigation,
it automatically allows localhost and equivalents, and requires approval
to actually perform actions on the page. (To avoid clicking a link to a
remote page.)

I want Playwright to only able to navigate to local links, yet be
allowed to load remote resources on those pages, but this is challenging
to do. This is better than having to manually approve every little
action though. ^-^'
