fix(network): only drop communication going out of eth0 ... 35b2b28591

My previous config was too aggressive and made Docker flakey with the VM.
Also I forgot to add -y (assume yet) to the apt-get install, which isn't
right for unattended scripts.

chore(ansible): fix linting pipeline and improve playbooks ... aaf9fd297a

ansible-lint raised quite a few complaints about the playbooks. I just make them all
adhere to whatever the linter complains about.

fix(ci): create non-root user in limactl-validate check ... 545966e132

CI was complaining that we're not allowed to run limactl as root.

chore(ci): just adds some words to the spelling dictionary 8cfa06f641
