chore: add molecule test for asdf module and make install system-wide ... 7c0ec9eae9

I needed Playwright on the VM, but this ended up being a painful ordeal
because it seems the only official way to install a browser and system deps
is through the CLI they distribute on npm only.

I amend the asdf role to install asdf system-wide instead since it's just
a single binary anyway. (The asdf config/state directory is still per user.)

That way root can use asdf too without having to fetch the binary twice,
and later we'll be able to write the role where root uses asdf to run:

npx @playwright/mcp@0.0.83 install-browser chromium
