ci: add molecule tests for the Git role ... 13f30c8a29

We'll expand this to test the other roles too. Just doing a simple case for now
to get CI propped up.

This way I can make changes to existing roles more confidently, for example I'm
currently amending the asdf role but need a way to catch regressions. (At least
the obvious cases.)

While working on the Git role anyway, I gave it a dedicated git_user option instead
of assuming the device_owner var exists. The rest of the roles will get this
treatment to so that they are more portable.
